Bring Back Nice Introduces “66 Days To NICE” Journal

Research shows that it takes about 66 days to form a new habit*. The NICEkid™ Journal will take children through 66 days of being nice. Each week, the journal focuses on a different group to be NICE to, or do NICE for, including themselves. The journal also incorporates a new NICEkid™ character trait each week. By the end of 66 days, children will be ready to truly #BringBackNice to #ChangeTheWorld!

The first journal, geared for children ages 9 – 14 starts with a warm introduction explaining how the journal will guide them. “We just wanted to write you a little note about how this book is going to work! We know that you want to be a NICEkid™, but it might be a little hard to know where to start. We mean, really, it should be easy to be a NICEkid™, and everyone should do it, but the way the world is today, lots of kids don’t even know how to be NICEkids™. Even lots of grownups have forgotten how to be nice! So, we wrote this book to help every kid (and their grownups, too) learn how to #BringBackNice!”

The journal encompasses character traits that Bring Back Nice believes NICEkids™ display, and helps them to Think NICE, Say NICE and Do NICE – with themselves, their family and friends, in their school, in their community, and for the earth! Bring Back Nice believes that NICEkids™ can and will change the world!
